Clients are drawn to Susan’s warmth and genuine caring approach as well as her enthusiasm and desire to exceed expectations. Throughout the process from contract to settlement, she loves connecting with clients on a personal level. Her love for architecture and design started as a small child designing blueprints alongside her father who was the owner of a local home remodeling business. She has worked in the residential real estate field for over 20 years as an agent, a listing coordinator, and a transaction manager. She keeps current with real estate-related continuing education courses. Her educational background includes degrees in Theater and Fitness & Nutrition Sciences, as well as certifications/licenses in Medical Aesthetics, Energy Therapy, and Reflexology.

Raised in Catonsville, Susan still lives in her childhood family home. She enjoys nature, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and fur baby, Chaco the Wonder Dog. She writes music on the piano and guitar and can be heard on various albums for local bands playing or singing background vocals.

A passion for people has led to Susan spending much of her free time volunteering and advocating for various organizations and causes, including Autism awareness, Baltimore Humane Society, Patapsco Heritage Greenway, Catonsville Women’s Giving Circle, and the Catonsville Tree Canopy Project. She’s currently working on writing her fifth children’s book; the first of a series based on her experiences working in a title 1 elementary school in Baltimore City. Her ultimate dream is to create a non-profit for literacy.
