Marybeth was raised in New England, where she also attended college. After serving a year as a VISTA, she moved to the Baltimore area in 1981. Having raised her sons in Catonsville, she’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all that the area has to offer.

A love of the community was what sparked Marybeth’s interest in real estate and has led to a career that’s spanned over 30 years. Whether they’ve relocated to the Baltimore area or moved about locally, she’s proud to have been able to help so many families achieve their dreams with regard to homeownership.

As the industry has changed over the years, Marybeth has committed to extensive continuing education to supplement her BS in Business with marketing specialization (UNH). Courses she’s taken include numerous real estate-related topics, including negotiation strategy, technology, marketing, pricing, finance, fair housing, legal issues, and environmental/green practices. She holds an Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR) designation.

When Marybeth’s not working or volunteering, you’re likely to find her outdoors. Her favorite pastimes include mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and skiing. The proud mother of four sons, and grandmother of three, Marybeth loves to spend time with her family. They share her love of travel, near and far, and are frequent state and national park visitors.

Marybeth is a member of several local organizations, including the Catonsville Women’s Giving Circle, Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, and Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park. She loves volunteering in schools, as an ESL conversation partner, and at local parks. Among the charitable organizations she supports are Catonsville Emergency Services, Voices for Children, Save the Children, Baltimore Heritage, CARE, Catholic Relief Services, UMCOR, Kaplan Inc., National Alliance to End Homelessness, Southern Poverty Law Center, International Peace Institute, and Prevent Child Abuse America.
